Mulberry Muffins image

2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup liquid shortening or 1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup dried mulberries
nuts, if desired

Steps:

  • Beat Eggs milk and liquid shortening. In a Medium sized bowl combined all dry ingredients. Come Egg mixture with dry ingredients. Add nuts if desired.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
