Number Of Ingredients 12

2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup muesli
1/2 cup nuts

Steps:

  • Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside;.
  • In a second bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon add muesli and nuts mix well.
  • Combine all ingredients together and mix well
  • Pour into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • bake 325 F 45 minute.
  • turn out on wire rack to cool.
