Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray 3 qt casserole dish with cooking spray. 2. Saute the green pepper, onions and celery in butter. 3. In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese. Add the sauteed vegetables and mix well. 4. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. 5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes Serve with Lemon wedges.
