- In a medium sized pot- mix cocoa, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk. Heat to dissolve.
- Add light cream, cinnamon, vanilla. Heat to just under boiling.
- Mix very well and pour into warm mug.
- Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, and fine orange zest.
