Mouth Watering Elk Burgers image

Make sure you have fresh pineapple sage and onion chives.

1 lb elk burger(thawed)
1 sprig(s) pineapple sage
1 Tbsp fresh onion chive

Steps:

  • 1. Chop pineapple sage leaf into small pieces, set to the side. Then chop(I use scissors) onion chives into small pieces.Add to elk burger and mix completely.
  • 2. Form into patties and grill until your desired doneness. Add sharp chedder cheese(optional) and let melt. Then enjoy!
