Mountaintop Bacon image

This was a fairly interesting recipe I tried recently that I found in one of my cookbooks. It adds an interesting flavor to bacon.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 c brown sugar, packed
1 tsp pepper
1 lb thick-sliced bacon

Steps:

  • 1. Mix flour, brown sugar and pepper together; sprinkle on bacon slices. Place bacon on a baking sheet, then bake at 400* for 10-15 mins. or till browned and crisp.
