I'm not a fan of Mountain Dew, so I wasn't sure how I would like these dumplings. But I was pleasantly surprised! The glaze was delicious and the dumplings were perfectly cooked.

These dumplings were a disappointment. The glaze was too thick and the apples were mushy.

I would have liked the dumplings to be a bit more moist. I think I'll add a little extra butter to the dough next time.

The dumplings didn't turn out as fluffy as I expected. I think I might have overmixed the dough.

I found that the dumplings were a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the glaze next time.
