I had a hard time finding lobster, so I used crab instead. It was still delicious, but I think lobster would have been better.

The dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I was able to adjust it to my liking.

This salad was a hit at my last dinner party! The dressing was the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy, and the lobster was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be making this again.
