Morning Sunrise Smoothie image

A tangy breakfast smoothie recipe made with carrots, pineapple, and ginger.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 medium carrots, diced
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup water

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
