I saw this recipe on the Rachael Ray Show and thought it was so great and wanted to add it to my other waffle sandwiches and pancakes. I tweaked it a little. Great Recipe- my family loved it- we had a side salad with it like she suggested. ENJOY! NOTE: Just think of all the othesandwichhe combinations to put into the waffle...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat. In a shallow bowl, whisk together, eggs,cream, mustard,salt, pepper, cinnamon and sugar.
- 2. Brush waffle maker with melted butter. Build sandwiches; One slice of bread, some cheese, a slice of ham, a slice of turkey, more cheese and another piece of bread. Turn sandwiches in batter and place in waffle iron. Close waffle iron and cook 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve sandwiches sprinkle with powdered sugar and with melted marmalade or raspberry jelly for dipping.
- 3. Note: For a nice treat try making your children's sandwiches in the waffle maker- peanut butter and jelly is great or use the above batter and dip in a chocolate chip and marshmallow sandwich . (leave out the mustard and salt and pepper) yummmmm!
