A great recipe for monkfish or tilapia with garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, and white wine. This is one of my mother's favorite recipes! Serve over pasta or rice.

This recipe was a disaster! The fish was overcooked and the sauce was bland. I won't be making this again.

The monkfish was a bit too fishy for my taste, but the sauce was excellent. I'll try it again with a different type of fish.

Monkfish Provincial was a delightful dish! The combination of flavors was exquisite, and the fish was cooked to perfection. I especially enjoyed the crispy shallots and the tangy sauce.
