¾ cup soy sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup shredded carrots
3 green onions, chopped

The beef was a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend cooking the beef for less time next time.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I would recommend using less brown sugar next time.

I was skeptical about making Mongolian beef in the slow cooker, but I was pleasantly surprised. The beef was fall-apart tender, and the sauce was rich and flavorful.
