Steps:
- Chop onions and celery and saute in cast onion frying pan. In large mixing bowl, mix bread and eggs with hands. A small amount of water can be added. I use the sink sprayer to moisten. Once celery and onions are sauted, mix bread into pan. Season with poultry seasoning. Turn constantly on low heat to medium heat until golden brown and to desired texture. Use shortening as needed to prevent burning. Usually takes about 30-45 minutes in frying pan.
