Another of my mom's borscht recipes, and a favourite with our family. It is tangy, spicy and served with warm buns, a great hearty meal.

This recipe is a disappointment. The flavors were bland and the soup lacked depth. I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm a beginner cook, and this recipe was easy to follow. The instructions were clear and concise, and I didn't have any problems finding the ingredients. The borscht came out delicious, and I'm proud of myself for making such a tasty dish.

I followed the recipe to a T, and the borscht turned out amazing! The only thing I would change is adding a bit more spice. Next time, I'll try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little extra kick.

This borscht is a labor of love, but it's totally worth the effort. The slow-cooked veggies and meat create a rich, complex broth that's bursting with flavor. It's the perfect soup to impress your dinner guests.

My kitchen smelled like a cozy cabin when I was making this. The aroma of sautéed veggies, tangy sauerkraut, and rich broth filled the air. It was a feast for the senses even before the soup hit my taste buds!
