MOM'S SALMON PATTIES image

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can pink salmon
2 eggs
20 saltine crackers
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 Tablespoons 2% milk
1/2 teapoon flour

Steps:

  • Put salmon in medium size bowl (take off black-ish skin inside salmon and discard)add 2 eggs finely crumble crackers and add. Finely chop onion add,add mustard,milk, flour now mix all ingredients well altogether. Form patties and place in small amount of cooking oil in pre-heated skillet and fry about 8-9 minutes on both sides. When done drain well on paper towels. Serve with mash or fried potatoes and green beans. A hot nutritious meal in less than 30 minutes
