This pea salad is a great way to use up leftover peas. I usually make it after a holiday dinner when I have a lot of peas left over. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.

I love the addition of bacon and almonds to this pea salad. It gives it a nice smoky flavor and a bit of crunch. I also like to add a little bit of chopped fresh parsley for an extra pop of color.

This pea salad is a great make-ahead dish. I usually make it the night before and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight. The flavors meld together and it's even better the next day.

I'm not a big fan of pea salad, but I tried this recipe and I was pleasantly surprised. The dressing is creamy and tangy, and the peas and carrots are perfectly crisp. I would definitely make this again.
