MOM'S LEMON RICE PILAF image

Number Of Ingredients 7

Celery, chopped - 1 cup
Green onions, chopped - 1 cup
Butter - 2T
Cooked rice - 3 cups
lemon peel, grated - 1T
Lowry's seasoned salt - 1t or to taste
Pepper - 1/4t or to taste

Steps:

  • Saute celery and onions in butter until tender. Add rice, lemon peel, and seasonings: toss lightly. Continue cooking over low heat about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
