I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted the chopped walnuts in the crust with chopped pecans. It was still delicious!

I thought the cake was too sweet. I'll try it again with less sugar next time.

I've been making Mom's Four-Layer Delight for years, and it's always a favorite. It's a bit time-consuming to make, but it's worth the effort. The cake is moist and flavorful, and the frosting is rich and creamy.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times now and it's always a hit. The combination of chocolate, vanilla, and caramel is divine, and the crust is the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy.
