Steps:
- 1. Brown bacon in Dutch oven or saute pan, and remove. Saute onion and garlic in bacon grease and return bacon to pan. Pour off any excess grease.
- 2. If using Dutch oven, add remaining ingredients to pan with bacon mixture and stir to combine.
- 3. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour
- 4. If you are not using a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients in oven-proof 3 qt. casserole and bake as directed.
