MOM'S CUCUMBER SALAD
Mom would make this refreshing salad for our outdoor barbecues.

Steps:
- 1. Thinly slice cucumber and soak in bowl of salt water in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
- 2. Drain cucumbers. Thinly slice onion.
- 3. Make dressing with first 4 ingredients. Dress the salad and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours.
