MOM'S CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX
I found this recipe while looking through mom's large collection of recipes. I'm not sure where it originally came from, but it is in mom's handwriting - she was always copying tasty recipes! I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds good! She didn't write how many servings it made, but from the proportions of ingredients it...

Steps:
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients well. Store in a tightly sealed plastic bag til needed, then put in saucepan; slowly add water and butter. Blend well over low heat.
- 2. Stir over low-medium heat until mixture thickens, and boiling begins. Add the 1 teaspoon vanilla. Serve warm or cold.
