This recipe is from my mom and it's a hit because it's very moist unlike most banana bread. It does get a little dark when baking but it won't affect the flavor. Even my fussiest two eaters will eat a half a loaf after school.

Steps:
- 1. Cream sugar and margarine. Add mashed bananas and eggs and beat well.
- 2. Fold in dry ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. I put a slip of wax paper on the bottom so it doesn't stick.
- 3. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
