MOM'S APPLE CAKE
Steps:
- 1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Sift flour and baking powder together and add to the mixture. This makes a thick dough. 2. Grease and flour an 8 inch square baking dish. Spread dough in dish and top with sliced apples. Top with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. 3. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
