Molasses Honey Marinade for Pork Chops image

Creating in the kitchen, which I love to do. Looking at some of the marinades for pork chops, I took some ideas and added my own touch.

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 bone in pork chops
1 c molasses honey
1 c lemon juice
8 Tbsp soy sauce, dark
8 clove minced garlic
4 Tbsp cooking wine
1/4 c brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except pork chops, stir well. In a large bowl put the chops and pour marinade over the top, making sure to cover them all. Every 1/2 move them around in the marinade. Marinade 2hr or longer.
  • 2. Turn grill to medium. Place chops on a grill pan and cook 16-20 minutes or until done. Through out grilling, brush marinade over chops.
  • 3. ****Molasses Honey is available here in Florida. If you can not find it just add some to your honey.
