Moist Ham Loaf image

Not only is this main dish special enough for entertaining, but I can assemble it early in the day and pop it in the oven before dinnertime. It seems much fancier than meat loaf, it's just as easy to make. Plus the cherry sauce really dresses it up, so guests think I fussed.-Nancy Brown, Dahinda, Illinois

I'm not a big fan of ham loaf, but I thought this recipe was pretty good. It was moist and flavorful, and the glaze was nice and crispy.

This ham loaf was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more spices next time.

This ham loaf was a little dry for my taste, but it was still good. I think I'll try adding some more moisture next time, maybe some shredded cheese or applesauce.
