MOIST BANANA BREAD
This was my grandma's banana bread recipe. It makes a nice large moist loaf.

Steps:
- 1. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Then in medium bowl cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, banana pulp, milk and vanilla. Then add flour and nuts (if desired).
- 2. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
