- Stir the chocolate syrup into the milk in a saucepan over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot (do not boil). Add the tea and stir so that all of the ingredients are mixed together. Pour this mixture into a cup, top with whipped crem, and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
