MOCHA NUT BUTTERBALLS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c butter, room temp
1/2 c sugar
2 t vanilla
2 t instant coffee
1/4 c cocoa
1-3/4 c sifted flour
2 c pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Combing dry ingredients and add to butter/egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 deg for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
