1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee or coffee crystals (dry)
1 teaspoon hot water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

These biscotti turned out amazing! They were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of chocolate chips. I also loved the hint of coffee flavor.
