This is another cookie recipe that came from hubby's family. I have never been a big fan of M&M cookies, but these I will make an exception for! Steps:
- 1. Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add 1 c. M&M's and mix again. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Use remaining M&M's to decorate top of cookies and flatten SLIGHTLY. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until turning golden brown.
