Miracle Salmon Loaf image

I got this recipe from a 26-year-old issue of 'The Workbasket' magazine. I don't know the particular reason the original submitter named it 'Miracle' Salmon Loaf, but I have made it and can attest that it is quite good, - flavorful and moist. Very easy to throw together, too! I hope you enjoy it as well. *Tastes best with fresh...

This recipe was a complete disaster. The salmon loaf fell apart when I tried to slice it, and the sauce was too runny.

I found this recipe to be too dry. I think it would have been better if I had added more moisture, such as some milk or eggs.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra herbs and spices to give it more flavor.
