1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine the olive oil, red-wine vinegar, white wine, mint, basil, oregano and salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
