Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray Small Bar Pan with nonstick cooking spray. Chop onion using Food Chopper. In Stainless (2-qt.) Mixing Bowl, combine onion, ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic pressed with Garlic Press, seasoning mix, salt and black pepper. Add 1/4 cup of the marinara sauce; mix lightly but thoroughly. 2. Shape meat mixture into two small loaves and place on pan; top with remaining marinara sauce. Bake 25-30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in centers and Digital Pocket Thermometer registers 160°F. 3. Sprinkle loaves with cheese; bake 1 minutes or just until cheese begins to melt. Remove from oven to serving plates.
