MINI CHRISTMAS TREE SANDWICHES
I had the idea for these little Christmas tree sandwiches when I was baking cookies. They turned out adorable, and I now serve them every year for Christmas.

- Cut bread using a Christmas-tree-shaped cookie cutter to make 8 pieces. Spread goat cheese on top of bread shapes. Sprinkle celery and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
