Minestrone Hamburger Helper® Casserole image

Dress up Hamburger Helper® dinner mix Italian style with corn, tomatoes and herbs. Delizioso!

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 box Hamburger Helper™ lasagna
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
  • Stir in uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix and remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour into ungreased 3-quart casserole.
  • Cover; bake 45 minutes. Serve with cheese.
