Mincemeat Sauce for Ice Cream image

Love that hot & cold sensation. I put in the brandy but it is good without too. Nice change from the mincemeat tart or pie

Not a fan of mincemeat, so this sauce wasn't really my cup of tea. But I can see how it would be delicious for someone who enjoys that flavor profile.

A bit too time-consuming for my liking. I prefer quick and easy dessert recipes. But the end result was pretty good, so I might give it another try with some modifications.

Not bad, but not my favorite. The mincemeat flavor was a bit too strong for my liking. I think I prefer classic chocolate or caramel sauce on my ice cream.

Easy to make, but the flavor was just okay. Not sure if I did something wrong, but it didn't wow me. Might try tweaking the recipe next time.

A bit too sweet for my taste, but still a nice change from the usual ice cream toppings. Might try reducing the sugar next time or adding a touch of tartness to balance out the sweetness.
