Mincemeat Nut Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mincemeat
1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Steps:

  • Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon set aside. Combine eggs, butter, vanilla, mincemeat, and walnuts in another bowl. Add dry ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes.
