6 pork chops
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup beer
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Brown chops.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly til tender at least one hour.
  • The longer they simmer, the thicker the sauce gets, the better they taste.
