1 bunch carrot, cleaned and sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
3/4 cup milk
pepper

Steps:

  • Glaze the onion in butter.
  • Add the carrots, the milk and some pepper (to taste).
  • Leave to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
