Steps:
- 1. Mix coconut, oats, bran, milk and brown sugar. 2. Warm oil, honey and vanilla and add to oat mixture with seeds and nuts as desired. 3. Put into 4 oiled 9" x13" pans and cook in 325 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Stir and cook another 8-10 minutes until light brown. Stir, cook 8-10 minutes more. 4 After cooking add dried fruit to taste.
