Microwave Snow Peas image

Snow peas need so little cooking, and I hate worrying about taking them off the stove in time when steaming, especially when I have guests over. I tried microwaving them tonight for the first time and think I'm on to something!

This is a great basic recipe for snow peas. I like to add a little bit of soy sauce and sesame oil to the dressing for an Asian-inspired flavor. I also like to use a variety of different vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
