1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons green taco sauce
1 bag corn chips

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except the chips in a microwave safe glass dish.
  • Heat in microwave for 5 minutes stirring 3 times.
  • Serve with the corn chips.
