Yield 1-2 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 cups egg noodles
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup bok choy
1/2 cup cabbage
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 garlic cloves (1oz)
3/4 cup onion
12 dashes fish sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
cilantro, for decoration

Steps:

  • Steam broccoli, carrots, and celery.

  • Coat wok with vegetable oil and start sauteing onions and garlic on high heat.
  • Add all vegetables and saute on high heat.
  • Add the salt and sugar.
  • Add the noodles and continue to saute.
  • Add the soy sauce.
  • Add the desired amount of fish sauce.
  • Using best judgment, tell whether the dish looks ready; be careful because the sauteing can burn the product.
