These stuffed tomatoes were a great way to use up some leftover rice and ground beef. They were easy to make and they tasted great. I will definitely be making them again.

These were the worst stuffed tomatoes I have ever had. The filling was dry and the tomatoes were mushy. I would not recommend this recipe.

These stuffed tomatoes were a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I would probably make them again, but I would use less chili powder next time.

The filling was a little bland for my taste, but overall these stuffed tomatoes were pretty good. I would probably add some more spices next time.

These stuffed tomatoes were easy to make and turned out great! I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was still delicious. I would definitely recommend this recipe.
