MEXICAN QUICHE image

Yield 4 people

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled
6-8 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or mexican 3-cheese mix
4 oz chop chilies
1 cup milk or 1/2 and 1/2
1 pie shell - uncooked

Steps:

  • Place cooked sausage in bottom of pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min or until butter knife comes out clean.
