Another recipe found in Taste of Home. I haven't tried it yet and am posting for ZWT5. The author of the recipe states: When I was growing up, my mother used to serve fried corn for breakfast with scrambled eggs and tortillas. Here in Arizona, corn is widely used in many dishes. This is a great way to use it- my husband and I both enjoy it.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover corn. I had some extra corn from a cookout, and this was the perfect way to use it up. The corn was delicious, and it was a great side dish for our dinner.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The corn was crispy and flavorful, and the spices were well-balanced. I think I'll try it again with less chili powder next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong with this recipe, but my corn turned out soggy and bland. I followed the instructions carefully, but I think I might have used the wrong type of corn. I'll try it again with a different type of corn and see if that makes

This recipe was a bit too simple for my taste. I like my fried corn to have a little more flavor, so I added some extra spices and herbs. It turned out great!

I thought this recipe was just okay. The corn was a little too oily for my taste, and the flavor was a bit too spicy. I might try it again with some adjustments.
