Mexican Corn Dip Recipe image

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
2 green onions (sliced)
1 Tablespoon diced green chiles (drained)
1 (13 ounce) package tortilla chips (for dipping)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
