Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray
- 2. saute onion, add tomato, chicken broth, chili powder, salt, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes
- 3. Layer half of chicken mixture then half tortillas, then half cheese, and repeat. bake 25-30 minutes
