I'm a vegetarian, so I made this stew with tofu instead of beef. It was still really good!

This recipe was a disaster! The beef was tough and the sauce was bland. I don't recommend this recipe.

The stew was okay, but it wasn't anything special. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This stew was a little too spicy for my taste, but it was still good. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.
