MEMPHIS MUSTARD SLAW image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Memphis Slaw
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small cabbage, grated (6 cups)
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar, pickle juice and salt. Stir with a wire whisk until sugar dissolves. Combine cabbage and pickles. Add dressing and toss gently. Chill 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
